Copy of Bigtime Camp

A large proportion of this article was a direct copy of https://bigtime.camp/a-w-hamilton/ . There is no evidence that the content of that web site is available for Wikipedia's use under an appropriate license, and it's clearly not written to Wikipedia standards of neutrality. I've cut back a lot of the inappropriate opinions and tone, but it still shares far too much in common with this website.
