hello can someone create a page for A-channel News at 6 with Sandra Blaikie

Individual newscasts on local television stations don't really meet our inclusion standards on Wikipedia. However, a larger article on A-Channel News in general, which can include segments on the various local newscasts, is likely to be acceptable. (That's the same reasoning by which this is one article about three different shows rather than three separate articles.) Bearcat (talk) 15:51, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A-Channel Morning and sources

[edit]

Please note that sources for a statement about the program's ratings need to be independent of A-Channel. CTVglobemedia owns A-Channel, so their press releases are no more admissible as sources than A-Channel's are. If you want the article to include a statement about the program's ratings, you must find an objective and independent source that has no connection to A-Channel or its ownership. A-NEws

[edit]

Please note that every A-Channel Morning show is the only locally-produced morning show in its particular broadcast area. That's not a trait unique to the Ottawa program. Bearcat (talk) 03:34, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
