May I cite the official military report I authored?

[edit]

I wish to get a consensus if I, the author of the official report on 932 AW's response to the 9/11/01 Pentagon attack,[1] may write it up under the "History" section for articles on the 932d Airlift Wing, 73rd Airlift Squadron, and perhaps Aeromedical evacuation. I would also cite the current 932 AW fact sheet[2] that highlights their response on 9/11. If "yes," please point me to any current guidance. My very best to everyone!
