Suggested improvements

[edit]

I believe that this article could be improved by addressing the following issues:

  • Referencing: adding in line citations, as well as another of references in the reference section;
  • Coverage: expanding the history section to discuss in more detail what 7 Bde did during WWI and WWII - also more information on current operations.
  • Adding some information on commanders perhaps, as well as a current image might also help to illustrate the article.

Just a few ideas. Hope this helps. Once it has been done, you may like to get another assessment. This can be done by pasting the article name in the appropriate section at WP:MHA. Cheers. AustralianRupert (talk) 23:49, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I believe these have been dealt with now. AustralianRupert (talk) 09:30, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New WWII reference book

[edit]

Another reference book for this article was recently published. It only covers the World War II period.
The citation is: Mortensen, Ron H (2013), History of the 7th Australian Infantry Brigade 1940-1945 : Milne Bay to Bougainville (First edition ed.), Inala, Qld. Ron H Mortensen, ISBN 978-0-9875981-0-3 {{citation}}: |edition= has extra text (help). Source - Trove
Should I add it to the article in a Further reading section, or only leave the details here for possible future use in building the article ?
