I'll take this for review. Parsecboy (talk) 16:00, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- There are some grammar issues with the article - a copyedit request at WP:GOCER would be a good idea.
- Made the request. Kges1901 (talk) 00:37, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- CE done. Kges1901 (talk) 09:25, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
- There are several duplicate links that ought to be removed
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- There are still a few in the article - there's a script here you can use that helps identify duplicate links easily. Parsecboy (talk) 14:32, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- Don't forget about this one. Parsecboy (talk) 13:20, 25 November 2016 (UTC)
- Took care of this last one myself - will pass now. Parsecboy (talk) 14:29, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- Is there an explanation of "named for Kalinowski"?
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 10:08, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- Foreign language terms (like Kombrig, Komdiv, etc.) should be italicized unless they are common in English
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- What variant of English is used in the article? "Mechanised" is the British spelling, but distances are given in "kilometers", the US spelling.
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- Distance figures should also be converted into miles.
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 00:37, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- Pipe the link to Battle of Smolensk (1943) please.
- Addressed. Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- The 9th Guards Motor Rifle Division provides contradictory information on that unit's lineage.
- I don't see a contradiction, can you elaborate? Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- Nevermind, I misread the article.
- What makes mechcorps.rkka.ru a reliable source? Ditto for generals.dk and tankfront.ru. Parsecboy (talk) 16:37, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- mechcorps.rkka.ru is the website of Yevgeny Drig, who is quoted by David Glantz. I will change the refs to generals.dk and tankfront with more RS sources. Kges1901 (talk) 23:24, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
- Does Drig have any other publications? Generally, personal websites aren't considered reliable sources unless the author has been published elsewhere (and being quoted in someone else's book doesn't count - I've seen that argument shot down at the RS Noticeboard before). Parsecboy (talk) 14:30, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, there's a book: Механизированные корпуса РККА в бою : история автобронетанковых войск Красной Армии в 1940–1941 годах, Moscow:AST, 2005. Kges1901 (talk) 15:59, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
