53rd & 3rd was a famous chicken corner. The Ramones have a song about turning tricks there. Lengend has it that in the early days you could actually see Dee Dee Ramone turning tricks there for heroine money.--24.238.50.168 16:14, 25 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]


Tommy did tricks?

I've always heard the song was about Dee Dee, I seriously doubt that Tommy (who was their first manager) or danny feilds (their second manager ever did tricks anywhere. Also Dee Dee was probably paid in cash which he used to buy heroin. If I don't see a citation in a few days I'll change that part. Lenbrazil
