Hi Kejo- I just took a look at this article, and had a few queries/comments.

First of all, I saw the YouTube links you put at the bottom of the article. I understand why you would want our readers to be able to view a video of the song, but please review WP:YOUTUBE - I could see no indication that the owner of the YouTube account which published the video is the owner of the copyright to the video. Wikipedia takes a much more cautious approach to copyright than YouTube does - please don't add links to YouTube videos unless you are certain that the controller of the relevant account owns the copyright to the material they are posting. No need for you to take action about the videos now, I've removed them and deleted the earlier revision.

Second, I'm not certain that the song is notable. The notability for individual songs are given at WP:NSONG. I can see that it got to Number 8 in the UK, which is a good indication that it may be notable; can you point to any reviews of it in independent reliable media?

Finally - I removed the word 'banal', which is a subjective descriptor that shouldn't be used in Wikipedia's voice (but which may be used as part of an attributed quote, if a reviewer called it that). I'd also suggest explaining what is meant by the phrase 'success religion', it's not something I'm familiar with. Thanks Girth Summit (blether) 12:26, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Girth Summit: I've copyedited the article a bit and taken out the unclear wording, and added chart positions from other countries (I suspect it also charted in Canada, but I'd need to check). As a kid in the UK in 1978, I can anecdotally state that this certainly got a lot of mainstream radio play on Radio 1 at the time... I think this passes WP:NSONG.
