It is just outside the city limits. See this city planning document describing future development plans in the area. "The 4S Ranch and Santa Fe Valley Specific Planning Areas form a portion of this county land." PQMark 16:40, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's what I thought, thanks a lot, I was just making sure beause I just created Primary and secondary schools in San Diego, California and I didn't want to list schools in 4S ranch if they are not in city limits. -ChristopherMannMcKay 17:19, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Whoever is writing this bullshit Wikipedia page on 4s ranch needs to stop their bullshit I grew up on 4sranch before it even became a town and my family was the only family living on the lands because my dads boss is the great grandson of the original owners of 4sranch which is owned by Thomas Albert Ralphs and his family and always has been and there not British or whatever the page says 2603:8001:5FF0:94B0:7D51:7038:F51A:D4C3 (talk) 19:51, 26 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
