Monolayer Bashing

The first paragraph of the overview section seems to largely be dedicated to outlining the limitations of monolayer plating, but has little to do with magnetically levitated cell cultures. So I have two issues with it.

1) Is this really relevant for an overview, the first paragraph no less?

2) I feel that while this can be used to make a case for why magnetic culturing is useful, it isn't used fully to do that.

3) The tone itself feels almost condescending towards monolayer plates, I think it could be rewritten

I think a section on the differences or pros and cons between monolayer cultures and levitated cultures could be beneficial, and something like this paragraph could fit there. However, as it currently stands, I feel that this section should not be included or at least needs to be rewritten. Cosmic Nudibranch (talk) 22:52, 7 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
