Indian Brigade
[edit]Lt-Col Joslen's Orders of Battle for the Second World War shows no such brigade as the Indian one claimed to have been attached to the division; do we have a source for this?--EnigmaMcmxc (talk) 04:39, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
- Allen, Louis (1984). Burma:The Longest War. Dent. p. 656. ISBN 0-460-02474-4.. The brigade's commander was Brigadier Martin Borthwick Jennings (1899-1966) and it consisted of 2nd Bn. The Buffs, 1st Bn. 19th Hyderabad Regiment and 2nd Bn. 8th Punjab Regiment. HLGallon (talk) 16:26, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
