Don't these types of article usually have an infobox?

Boston Transit Building and Tower Records Building could be created as redirects to this article, especially as you state they are legitimate "also known as" names.

However, it's worth noting that I don't see where in the article these alternative names are referenced?

"An additional story" in the lead you didn't previously mention how many stories were originally built.

"The west part of the Back Bay was filled in the 1870s." don't understand what "filled" means here.

    - I strongly agree (I feel that the RM that resulted in the move to the current name was done in bad faith), but that's probably out of the scope of this review. The sources for the section (particularly Clarke, who's the gold-standard source for all things streetcar in Boston) use the capitalized name, so I've kept it as such.
