Should we add information about Ballot measures

Prop 1 the failed ballot measure, live in Idaho and Prop 1 was a very important issue during the election season. Should we add information on the 2 important ballot measures the Prop 1(open primaries and ranked choice voting) and the ballot measures that added a amendment to the Idaho state constitution that only US citizens can vote.
