National variety of English

Per MOS:RETAIN, the form of English used at the time of the article's creation should be used unless there is a national variety with strong ties to the topic. As there is no host nation decided, the original variety should be retained. Tournament start date

Improving bracket

Guys, I think we should put 1st Round (African–Asian–Pacific Cup play-off) in the bracket too, because it is as important as African–Asian–Pacific Cup play-off, denonating the round of the tournament and should not be missing this info there. Although I think it is pretty straight forward (as I mentioned), I tried to modify it to add a header to each column of the bracket with the round to see what it would look like but I could not get it to work correctly.
