Year in science metainfo
[edit]Summaries and/or wikilinks to previous still-relevant discussions:
- Proposed inclusion criteria for the lists
- Table of non-included items
(some of these are still relevant to other articles or timelines which other editors could update; many items there include non-inclusion rationales that could help explain the proposed criteria) - If you're wondering why the images aren't next to their text or why some quarters are split out to separate articles or why you can't see tags for the scientific field per item (e.g. filterable in a table) see the discussions at Talk:2020 in science.
- Since mid-2019 in science I'm making routine monthly images (summarizing brief overviews) based on this list, you can find them here.
- I only or mostly add items to this list based on my proposed criteria and am using scientometrics (Altmetrics) and a few websites to find potential items to include (details per PM).
- I'm not making any video version anymore.
- I also always link to this Wikipedia article from these posts (their comment sections) and users can provide feedback for both these bilingual "Science Summaries" images and this article (e.g. ask or complain about specific missing items or the article layout) there (but so far more or less haven't).

Dynamic shell formation - wikilink
[edit]Can "dynamic shell formation" be wikilinked? I thought to wikilink it to Fusion power#Inertial confinement. Any opinion? — Arthurfragoso (talk) 11:32, 15 July 2023 (UTC)

References listing limited?
[edit]Seems a "Template Limit" has been reached - in the "References Section" at Ref #735 or so - please see => https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#References_listing_limited - and also => https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Help:Template_limits - iac - Stay Safe and Healthy !! - Drbogdan (talk) 18:38, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
- I've removed the transclusion of March, which is part of January–March 2023 in science, and replaced it with a link to that article. The article is back under the template limit. The more content that is added the more months will need to be split off to separate articles. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested ∆transmissions∆ °co-ords° 21:30, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
2023 Betelgeuse occultation
[edit]Hi. Can we add this in the article? It's been covered in Betelgeuse and 319 Leona articles. Aminabzz (talk) 14:33, 11 December 2023 (UTC)
- Hi there! Absolutely that would be appropriate. You could add it to 2023_in_science#Astronomical_events, as well as the main December section. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:38, 11 December 2023 (UTC)
