Unfortunately the Parliamentary Flickr accounts have released their photographs under a Non-Commercial No Derivatives licence, which makes them useless for our purposes. The YouTube channel Kanal13 has released some footage under CC-BY-2.0, but I don't know the legitimacy of that channel or whether the footage is theirs to give away.[[1]] Robin S.
