I had modified the title based on previous such slovakian pages and few sources, but I'm having some doubt. Would you say this is a constitutional referendum? If approved, it wouldn't directly change it, but merely ask the parliament to do so. Yet, the change of the constitution still is the matter at hand in the vote. I have this question, as well. I don't know if it's trouble in translating Slovak, but even after reading this article, I'm not entirely sure what this referendum would do. Literally, it's just asking voters to answer a general question.
