Looks good. Article checks out; eligible, long enough, presentable, and no evidence of copyvio. I like the hook, it's about as interesting as election hooks come, and checks out with the source. You might be able to make it snappier and punchier: "... that a Caddo Parish election was reran after an initial margin of one vote?" Ultimately your call though.
