[edit]The winners of this primary have not yet been called, due to incompetence by the county clerk -- something that needs mentioning in this article. (See, for example, https://www.kgw.com/article/news/politics/elections/watch-live-oregon-sos-update-clackamas-county-ballot-debacle/283-4bc207d4-3e32-4de4-a421-d3092b166132 .)
