Why is this article created?

Why did a 2021 season article get created for Iga Swiatek? She certainly didn't deserve it at the time. No major championships. We had a problem with player creations for bunches of players a few years back and we deleted them all. This is another that looks like it should go. The article is created in line with WP:TENNISSEASON. You could've argued this is a local consensus WP:ESSAY, so I expand the page with prose cited with WP:RS to ensure the page passes WP:GNG. Unnamelessness (talk) 15:27, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
