[edit]Ok, World Rugby has updated the Three Home Unions (England, Scotland, Wales) to have equally nine points each: 4 points for Dubai I, 5 points for Dubai II. It appears, although hasn't been clarified, that these points are the accumulated points from Great Britain divided into three. However, given that 25 points divided by three equals 8.33, we need further explanation. Until then, I think the standings can remain.
