Round 1 entry list versus other sources

The entry list for the first round was just published, with Wulff Motorsports and Alliance Racing not listed and JHDD only listed with one entry. With other sources stating those teams are competing in the championship, do we include those teams with TBA or do we exclude them for now and wait for the entry lists for the next round?
