Editwar
[edit]@Filip Vachuda:. Starting an editwar about facts, without any discussion may finish with reporting…--Arorae (talk) 19:58, 25 September 2019 (UTC)
@Arorae I think it should be deleted, but okay. Filip Vachuda (talk) 20:28, 25 September 2019 (UTC)
Event Schedule
[edit]The event schedule needs to be updated (the mixed event needs to be added, and quite a few dates for certain events are incorrect). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.67.13.101 (talk) 21:12, 27 September 2019 (UTC)
Hassan broke African dominance
[edit]Sifan Hassan broke the African dominance of the women's 10,000 metres that stretched back to 1997, by taking gold for the Netherlands.
This claim is dubious as Hassan was born in Africa. Is there any reliable source for this claim? --- Coffeeandcrumbs 11:28, 29 September 2019 (UTC)

ANA Not RUSSIA
[edit]As the Russian team is still disqualified, the medal tally DOES NOT include the medals won individually by ANA athletes: sorry for that, but it is useless to try to put Russia or ANA team (does not exist) in the top of the list. All the medal tables published in the sources (as for example Gazzetta dello Sport of 5 October 2019, p. 30) DO NOT consider the RUS/Ana medals in their tables.-Arorae (talk) 06:14, 5 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Arorae: This is true but it would be much better to revert to the older version with no ranking and a note that IAAF do not officially count their medal tally (see here). You should note that our medal tables in sport events never completely replicate those from the official sites and contain other useful information of encyclopedic interest such like totals of medals awarded or an indication of the host country. That said, if we leave the medal table without ANA, we will have non-reported residual with respect to the total medals awarded and readers will be not able to find out the medal tally for ANA, so our medal table will not have any significant value added compared to the one published on the official page.--Kiril Simeonovski (talk) 12:08, 5 October 2019 (UTC)
