Perpetrator
[edit]Although the article notes that the alias of José Aldemar Rojas Rodríguez - Mocho Kiko - derives from having previously lost a hand, that only explains Mocho (=mutilated, one-armed), not Kiko (short form of Francisco). "One-handed Frank", I suppose. Davidships (talk) 14:52, 19 January 2019 (UTC)
ELN responsibility
[edit]The article states that 'The National Liberation Army (ELN) accepted responsibility for the attack and justified it as a response to the Colombian government violating the ceasefire', however the Colombian government never compromised to a ceasefire, it was an unilateral agreement.
