Format list

There is a cleanup tag proposing "Convert long prose list(s) to bulleted list(s)." This apparently refers to the list of judges. We can make this a multicolumn bulleted list but I'm not sure this is the an improvement. It will make the list take up more space. While it will be a bit easier for the reader to search, how many readers want to read the specifics of the list of judges? I'd like to hear discussion before making the change.
