Nature of the fuel

Unfortunately, this is not the first article of its type we've had, and as I recall there can be some confusion about terms, because the nature of the petroleum products used varies more from country to country than you would think. For example, this Pakistani source, which also has the list of names as a paper someone was apparently showing them on site, describes the fuel as "petrol". Wnt (talk) 13:46, 25 June 2017 (UTC)

DId a mosque broadcast the original accident?

The NYT quotes a local official as denying that a mosque broadcast news of the oil spillage over its loudspeaker. [1] 129.68.82.125 (talk) 22:15, 29 June 2017 (UTC)

The number of dead

In the intro paragraph, it states that "at least 250" were killed. However, there is no inline citation or reference that backs up or supports that number. In the Reference section, the highest number of fatalities mentioned is 194 as of 30 June 2017.

As such, I think that the "250" phrase should be rewritten to say "nearly 200" since there are many in critical condition who will not survive. I think it's better to use a number closer to reality than an inflated number with no factual basis. 2600:8800:787:F500:C23F:D5FF:FEC5:89B6 (talk) 02:06, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
