[edit]2016–17_in_English_football#Promotion_and_relegation seems to be weirdly half true and half made up. Perhaps it is based on the tables from a while back??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.0.182.241 (talk) 13:01, 29 May 2017 (UTC)
Orphaned references in 2016–17 in English football
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 2016–17 in English football's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "Echo":
- From Anfield: Pearce, James (23 August 2006). "How Kop tuned in to glory days". Liverpool Echo. Retrieved 11 July 2014.
- From Corbett Cresswell: "Corbett Cresswell, legendary Bishop Auckland FA Amateur Cup winner, dies aged 84". Northern Echo. 23 May 2017. Retrieved 23 May 2017.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 23:01, 7 June 2017 (UTC)
