Missing fixtures?

[edit]

The table doesn't add up, although in fairness the reason for this is quite buried in a schedule news article on the offical site:

"The results from in-season Major League Soccer contests involving tournament participants will be used as part of official tournament scoring."

Which means New York 2-0 San Jose and New York 1-1 LA Galaxy are the games included in the table, but not mentioned elsewhere in the article.

How is this best included in the article? Should the games be added at the top of the North America and Europe fixtures, or should a note be added to the table? Bertcocaine (talk) 07:39, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

They should be removed from the table since they are not part of the tournament. Walter Görlitz (talk) 13:50, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The LA Galaxy 5-2 San Jose Earthquakes result on July 17 is the third and final MLS league match that counts for points. This gives each of the three tournament participants from MLS two matches with points. AndrewK760 (talk) 15:14, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
