Too technical/insufficient context

I am not sure, why the article was marked as having insufficient context and being too technical. This seems to be the standard format for tennis draw sheets, just check any tournament from the list in the article 2014 ATP Challenger Tour, for example the first one: 2014 Aberto de São Paulo – Singles.
