Unless work starts right away, it is probably about time to close this nomination as unsuccessful; it can always be renominated once the requested work has been completed. I already said on his talk page that I was busy over the last month and had other things to do, esspecially since the ISL season starts in just over a week and they have still not released a lot of information.
