Conference rankings template bug needs attention

Western Conference ranking currently shows Warriors, Grizzlies and Clippers with * as a division leaders, instead of Trailblazers. I tried changing the NW division code from 4 to 5 - * was removed from Clippers but not added to Trailblazers. Portland position

I don't understand why Portland is positioned over the Clippers and the Spurs, when these two teams have a better winning percentage. I've seen the same thing at the NBA website, and I'd like to know who's wrong. Thanks. --1969 (talk) 16:14, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is because a division winner has guaranteed at least seed 4, regardless his record.
