Splitting

[edit]

The page grew so large that editing it is problematic at this point, so I have a question: would anyone mind if I were to split archosaur and mammal discoveries into separate articles, like it was done with the article 2012 in paleontology?.--Macrochelys (talk) 13:14, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe it's better to have a "2013 in vertebrate paleontology" article? Rnnsh (talk) 17:32, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Such a page would, however, contain the majority of the taxa listed in the current version of the article, and might be comparably difficult to edit.--Macrochelys (talk) 19:06, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Support split - Article is over 300 kB and some of the 16 major sections can be divided off. Thoughts? --Jax 0677 (talk) 03:11, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Mammals moved to 2013 in mammal paleontology.--Macrochelys (talk) 13:09, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
