[edit]umm, as of 1:21PM EST 11/14/12, there's only 47 states, with Vermont, Maryland, and Connecticut as the 3 without the petitions.
I have all of the links to all of the petitions including the duplicates, here: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155641-individuals-from-47-states-start-petitions-to-secede-from-the-us/

- Thanks for the link. I've been using the White House's official petition site for a list of states & related petitions. Coinmanj (talk) 18:34, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
After some further digging, I found the petitions for the final 3 states as well. They're linked in the above link^ And you're welcome! :)

Notability, other issues
[edit]These petitions don't seem to reach the level of notability to merit an article. Also, the statement that "all 50 US states have had petitions filed by their citizens" is dubious, because every one of the petitions included large numbers of out-of-state signatures and signatures with no state of residence listed. I also distinctly recall that at least some of them were also filed by people who listed themselves as living outside of the state they were filing "on behalf" of. 75.76.213.161 (talk) 00:11, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
