Proposed merger
[edit]- Support - This article is poorly referenced and is filled with quotes with no given context or background in addition to that much of the content here is already included in the "2012 U.S. diplomatic missions attacks" article and the sections that are not are barely notable such as the "September 12" section. If needed, merge some of the content here into the United States reaction section in the article mentioned before. YuMaNuMa Contrib 12:12, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support - Good Grief Charlie Brown, how many articles do we need?--JOJ Hutton 14:27, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support -This article is not notable enough. It contains a lot of material already discussed in the main diplomatic missions attacks article. -- Futuretrillionaire (talk) 21:33, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support Not every little thing needs its own article, especially when said issues are best covered in larger scope articles. – Muboshgu (talk) 21:59, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support A few reactions to the events does not warrant its own article. There is absolutely no reason why this cannot be included in the main article. Reywas92Talk 23:01, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support merge, but drop "U.S. politics" from the title. Belchfire-TALK 00:03, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support merge. Far too much overlap between this and the main article. eldamorie (talk) 13:26, 17 September 2012 (UTC)
Discard Merger
[edit]- Discard Merger-This article itself as a separate important event other than the US politics . The number of countries here involved are quite large and separate incidents are continuously taking place which might shape the political events and stands separately for each country, It should not be merged*. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sheeraz07mba (talk • contribs) 17:11, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
