Near or on campus grounds?

Did the shooting occur on school grounds or simply "near" the university? If it's the latter than the title may be misleading. ComputerJA (talk)

Why Does This Have an Article?

Shootings happen every single day in America. Major ones should obviously have their own article, but this was simply news on CNN because it happened near a campus. Remove. Shootings happen every day, every where. If we make an article for every individual event we would flood Wikipedia's servers, this one is not important enough to keep an encyclopedic record of. 68.119.88.7 (talk) 03:46, 24 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
