Kits for 2011 season

[edit]

As the Cascade Shale kit is replacing the Sounders Blue kit as the 2nd/Away kit, the kits image should be updated. Beevo (talk) 02:39, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Background section

[edit]

While background is certainly a good thing, would it be better if the see also links went to a List of Seattle Sounders FC seasons article instead of the individual season articles? While the two links now are not unruly as the team gets more seasons under its belt the see also links are going to get out of hand. If the precedent is set now, it would make later season articles easier to make consistent. --Bobblehead (rants) 03:24, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rosters for reserves/academy?

[edit]

Should this include a section for the club's academy roster and reserve roster? I know a lot of other soccer clubs' season Wikipedia pages have them (i.e. Chelsea, Madrid, Wigan, etc.). Some even have distinct Champs League rosters...which may not be necessary if they're identical to the first team roster. 72.219.227.230 (talk) 18:00, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good question! Someone created a Academy page which you can see right here. Antoinefcb (talk) 17:32, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kit section?

[edit]

Hi, I would like to create a team kit section (like: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Seattle_Sounders_FC_squad_numbers#Kits) to show the alternative kit combinations, like the green home shorts and blue home socks and the shale away shorts? (Luxusfrosch (talk) 12:36, 7 April 2011 (UTC))[reply]

Video

[edit]

Didn't want to add it myself, because the section isn't really long enough just yet. But File:Keller saves PK attempt by Henry.ogv would be a decent addition to the March section of the season review in my opinion. For those who can't watch the video it's a reasonable still image, and for those who can it's something that few if any other season articles can offer. —WFC15:56, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
