Brad Pitt

[edit]

I added the information that Brad Pitt is ineligible to run for mayor of New Orleans. I called the Secretary of State in Baton Rouge to verify the requirements for running, but the relevant statute isn't available online. Secretary of State says according to New Orleans Home Rule charter section 4-202 you must be a 5 year resident of NOLA to run for mayor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alvastarr (talkcontribs) 18:14, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

He's ineligible to run, so why would you put that he declined? Just leave him off the list. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.113.91.131 (talk) 19:32, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

List of candidates

[edit]

What is the order of listing of the candidates? If there is some, it should be explained. If there is none, they should be clearly ordered some way, either alphabetically or if in some other order the reason for order should be stated. -- Infrogmation (talk) 18:32, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I say we go alphabetically. That makes the most logical and fair sense. Activationensues (talk) 17:27, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
