How many seats did the Civic Association of Henties Bay receive?

The CAHB (my acronym) won a plurality of votes in the local authority election in Henties Bay, but they are not listed in The Namibian's article. Any idea on why?--TM 00:33, 21 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
