ZANU or Zanu?

[edit]

The article uses both the ZANU-PF and Zanu-PF capitalisations and I think we should change the whole article to conform to one style. I recommend and advocate to use the Zanu-PF style because the acronym "ZANU" can be read as a word ("Zanu"), and this is what the modern English style guides recommend (such as the BBC style guide), and also this is how the organisation is referred to in various news stories we use in our article as references (eg [1], [2]). In general, we only use capitals for acronyms that are pronounced letter-by-letter. Unless somebody objects here in the talk page, I may change the style to "Zanu" after a few hours or days.
