Participants Table
[edit]I got the "Participants" table from the Men's CWS article. The WCWS Appearances section is supposed to show the previous WCWS appearances of the school. Same with the WCWS record, it's supposed to only show that past performance. I'm not saying that's the way it has to be, I don't mind it being either way, but I think there should be something in it that lets the reader know if the table counts this year's info as well, or if it just includes info from previous years. Please let me know what y'all think. Thanks. Seancp 12:34, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Hi There. I think this is a great idea. I added Northwestern's overall WCWS record: 12-9. 1984: 4-3, 1985: 3-2, 1986: 2-2, 2006: 3-2.
Tournament Notes
[edit]I think UCLA should be included within the tournament notes section as it is significant to note that they had made it to every WCWS. Teams from the state of California not competing in the WCWS should be added to emphasize the sport as a whole moving away from 'western (california and arizona) dominance' and becoming a sport up for grabs. California is the only state that has ever had more than one school advance to the championship series. Peanuts5402 00:37, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
