2003 Mosul raidDeath of Qusay and Uday Hussein – Title is currently ambiguous. Your average reader is not going to remember what city Qusay and Uday were killed in. "Death of Qusay and Uday Hussein" is at least descriptive, and will stand out in a sea of blue links on category pages and templates. There were also probably hundreds of Mosul raids in 2003. "Mosul raid" brings up mostly search results unrelated to Qusay and Uday. Recognizability.
