[edit]The map showing specific pickups is a mess. It's using districts that were created in 2001-2002 (based on the 2000 census) instead of the appropriate districts that existed in 2000 and apportioned based on the 1990 census. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.4.80.30 (talk) 01:01, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

I admit, I am not fully up to speed on the copy write laws, but I would like some credit if it is at all possible. Thanks.
