The Anomaly
[edit]One thing that I do not understand is why the extra time was necessary. If the game had ended in a draw, Grenada would have had 4 pts, Puerto Rico 3 and Barbados 1. Did there exist a rule because of which a draw has not been allowed? --Man77talk 12:04, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
- Good point. Some of the other games in other groups did have draws, so it must have been a strange rule. --SmilingBoy (talk) 16:12, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
- No, draws were not allowed during the qualifying. The Guyana-Guiana match ended 1-1 but the latter won at penalties and got 1 extra goal for winning. What I really wonder is...what happened to the Kitts&Nevis-Antigua&Barbuda match? --Aytrus (talk) 16:54, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
