Where is Osama bin Laden?

Wasn't he supposed to have been a suspect, or linked somehow to this? Zordrac (talk) Wishy Washy Darwikinian Eventualist 13:10, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

No. He had nothing to do with it at all. Graft 17:06, 16 December 2005 (UTC)
Well, not directly linked. He was supposedly a financier of Operation Bojinka, which involved Yousef and the Blind Sheikh. It's hard to say, especially since nearly all information about these guys comes from big brother.
Bojinka was two years after this. Still doesn't make him linked in any meaningful way to this bombing. Graft 21:51, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
Ramzi Yousef was determined to be the mastermind of the opperation. Ramzi Yousef was funded by Bin Ladens family money and lived in a Bin Laden guest house in pakastan. In 1991 Bin Laden, opposes the cooperation between the Saudi and US government. He flees to Sudan from his home land and starts to fund terrorist activities including the 1992 Decmeber 29 attack in Aden Yemen. As a result the US State Department lists Sudan as a country that sponsor terrorist activities. It's never been shown that Bin Laden actually planned the 1993 bombing. Bin Laden was merely a leader in Al Qaeda providing money and training to the people who carried out the attack. We do know for a fact that Yousef received bomb making training at a Bin Laden training camp, but how do we know he used that specific knowledge to make the bomb used in 1993? The iPhone was created by Apple not Jobs. Steve jobs was did not design the iphone he was only a leader of the company that made it. If you were to say that Bin Laden was linked to the 1993 bombing then you would also have to say that Steve Jobs was linked to the creation of the iPhone which is absurd. Plus Bin Laden praised gave direct praise to the people responsible, but stated he didn't personally know them.Mantion (talk) 03:06, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

Talk cleaned up

I cleaned the talk section up here. This was useless ranting about a possible edit war and anger over having a conspiracy therory that was unfounded removed from a separate article (September 11th Bombings). Go rant about your pride being hurt on the Sept. 11th Talk page, not on other pages. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.254.16.201 (talk) 06:26, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

I've undone this; talk page messages are pretty much never removed on Wikipedia, especially when they're old. Graham87 17:29, 27 May 2015 (UTC)

7 People died in the attacks of the 1993 World Trade Centre Bombing!

7 people where killed in the attacks of 1993, a woman was pregnant with a child, and that child is a person! FIX IT! CookieMonster755 (talk) 21:29, 27 December 2014 (UTC)CookieMonster755

Consensus has long been that the unborn child is not included in the death total (as is typical across Wikipedia for mass deaths in general). Please do not issue demands in such peremptory tones. Acroterion (talk) 21:32, 27 December 2014 (UTC)
Sorry Acroterion. I was uncivil back in those days, I have really fixed my attitude. I just got mad, but I should have took a wikibreak and not scream on the talk page. I just don't think unborn children should be excluded from a death toll, but that's my personal opinion. I am pro-life... Cheers. CookieMonster755 (talk) 04:32, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

El-Sayyid Nosair

Ina book i read called The Terrorist's Son: A Book of Choice by Zak Ebrahim says his father El-Sayyid Nosair helped plan the attack from prison and it even says he helped on his wikapedia page. Why is he not include in the list of men involved at the beginning? RIleyknight74 (talk) 23:51, 14 May 2015 (UTC)

Can anyone tell if an EMS worker works for a private or the FDNY?

I can't fine a detail of whether the EMS worker works for the FDNY or a private hospital unit? XXzoonamiXX (talk) 08:11, 23 January 2016 (UTC)

Death toll on summary is incorrect

The death toll is stated in the facts summary to be "over 4,000" but the body says there were only 6 fatalities. Épargnez le visage (talk) 00:42, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

Thanks, fixed. It was recent vandalism or confusion. Acroterion (talk) 00:55, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
