Original research?
[edit]I did not find anything that describes "1992–94 Crimean Crisis" as a specific subject, specific "crisis" or a series of specific events. Some events during this period are described, for example here, but again, there was no any specific "crisis". If to look at this page, it describes mostly something that had happened in 1991 or 1995; nothing in between. My very best wishes (talk) 17:12, 17 November 2014 (UTC)
- Agree with MVBW. This is an OR piece intended to push a certain POV. There was no crisis, there was just uncertainty about what would happen to Russian military bases in Crimea after the break up of the Soviet Union and Ukrainian independence. Volunteer Marek 20:15, 23 November 2014 (UTC)
- Note that such page was not created in Russian and Ukrainian WP. Obviously, this page suppose to explain (per sources) what this "crisis" was about. Why it started? How it ended? What was chronology of the "crisis"? Just for starters, this source (currently quoted in the lead) simply describes Russian-Ukraine relations in 1992. Nothing about the "crisis of 1992-1994". Looking at current version of this page, it tells something like : "On October 22, 1991... " or "In 1995, the Ukrainian parliament scrapped the Crimean Constitution ..." Once again, there is nothing about any "crisis of 1992-1994". My very best wishes (talk) 22:48, 23 November 2014 (UTC)
Since nobody else feels it fit to participate in the discussion it appears that redirecting this appropriately has consensus. I'll give it a bit more time. Volunteer Marek 05:38, 28 November 2014 (UTC)
