The use of the CIS flag is a fake. Never, absolutely never Dynamo Kyiv was using such flag. Ukraine was never a full member of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The politics of the UEFA through the Russian Football Union forced Dynamo earn points for the Russian Football Union as a conditional successor of the Football Federation of the Soviet Union. My proposition is to leave the Soviet Union flag instead of the CIS flag, even though such country did not exist following the turn of the year of 1992. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 15:20, 2 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
