My first GA review, so I'm not sure if I am doing this correctly but I'll try

Lead and infobox

[edit]
  • "May 1996, through Infectious Records with whom" > "May 1996 by Infectious Records, with whom"
  • "They released the mini-album Trailer" - who released it, the label or the band?
  • Use either "Trailer (1994)" or "Trailer in 1994", not both at the same time
  • "some of whom commented on its catchy nature" > "who praised the album's 'catchy' nature" for neutrality

Background

[edit]
  • Good

Production

[edit]
  • Retitle to "Recording and production"
  • Unless the placement is necessary for the reader to understand something in other sections, this should be below "Composition and lyrics"
  • You may prefer to use Cite tweet instead for the tweets by Ash, though this is more of a style preference of mine rather than a GA criterion

Composition and lyrics

[edit]
  • Change the first "co-written" to "co-wrote"
  • "The band purposefully wanted the song to be a "proper punch in the face", which they achieved." > "According to the band, the song was meant to be a "proper punch in the face"."
  • "and evokes the Boo Radleys," > "reminiscent of the Boo Radleys,"
  • "was written about" > "was about"

Release

[edit]
  • Good

Critical reception

[edit]
  • According to the Album ratings template, "do not include language like 'Very favorable' or '(mixed)' in the template, as this would be original research."
  • Several of the sentences here are far too large; try splitting them up
  • "Erlewine said by" > "Erlewine said that, by"
  • "on Trailer, however," > "on Trailer. However," or "on Trailer; however,"

Commercial performance and accolades

[edit]
  • The last paragraph should be in Critical reception
  • You may prefer to present accolades in a way that mixes table and prose form; see Everywhere at the End of Time for an example

Track listing

[edit]
  • Good

Personnel

[edit]
  • Good

Charts and certifications

[edit]
  • Good

References

[edit]
  • Ref 79 should cite Acclaimed Music as publisher= rather than website=
  • Make sure all album names are italicized—e.g., change "How Ash Wrote Their Debut LP '1977' " to "How Ash Wrote Their Debut LP 1977"
