Match results: Australia or Australasia?
[edit]I suggest changing the team names appearing in the match results from Australasia to Australia in cases where:
a) it will match sources such as rugbyleagueproject.org and wigan.rlfans.com,
b) it will make all of the data in the Australian players' infoboxes correct, and
c) no New Zealander played in the match.
The touring party should certainly continue to be referred to as 'Australasia', as should matches that did feature a Kiwi.--Gibson Flying V (talk) 05:38, 23 June 2012 (UTC)
- I disagree. Even if there is no New Zealander playing in the side it is still the Australasian Kangaroos playing. Just like it remains the Great Britain Lions even if they don't select any Welshmen. This was an Australasian tour and an Australasian team. Mattlore (talk) 00:15, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
- Sources as well as British players' inboxes all show 'Great Britain' though. That is not the case with Australasia.--Gibson Flying V (talk) 00:42, 25 June 2012 (UTC)

Swinton match
[edit]The home ground for Swinton was wrongly given as Station Road, Swinton. It has been corrected to 'Chorley Road'. Station Road began staging matches when Swinton moved there from Chorley Road in 1929 (1929-1992). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.90.108.8 (talk) 20:42, 12 August 2017 (UTC)
