2 October 2014 cleanup

[edit]

I have tried to make some modest improvements in terms of cleanup, categorisation, WPs, etc. But this is clearly an important article, well-sourced, and it really needs someone with relevant expertise to take it forward. Hopefully someone from one of the above WPs can take up the challenge. --Legis (talk - contribs) 14:17, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Problems to address with this page

[edit]

I just deleted a section that I was unable to understand and didn't directly relate to what the article is about. Some current problems that need to be addressed are:

  • Changing the external links to citations.
  • Adding more information on the context of the petition.
  • Change the external links at the beginning to point to something useful, they currently just take you to the Colonial Williamsburg homepage.
  • Talk more about what was actually in the petition.

I hope that someone with more expert knowledge on this subject can take over this page and turn it into something better than it is now. If you are reading this in the future and these problems have been addressed please feel free to delete this talk page post. BigBrother102 (talk) 16:56, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
