Is it wrong?

I've tried to keep the original spirit of this article - have a look at the last version of it and you might see what I mean, so if anything is wrong, it's probably down to that.
Two examples that might not be correct are that I've changed '1,000 motorized' (what are they?) to 'motorcycles' and Clark's quote finished with '...a magnificent actuation!'
It is now '...magnificent campaign!'.

If it's not right, please change it.
