Yes, this should have been moved to 10th Virginia Regiment (Continental Army) to disambiguate it from the later-raised regiments, notably those of the Confederate Army during the American Civil War. Although in the case of Virginia there was only the regiment, and not the brigade or battalion--mrg3105 (comms) ♠00:19, 1 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe not that notably, since there's no sign of an article on same. This seems to me to be a fairly weak case for pre-emptive disambiguation, since there'd need to be an expectation that said regiment really is individually notable, that its own hypothetical article would naturally go at the same title, and that there's no predominant usage of the phrase to mean this regiment, rather than that one.
